“My Trash Is Getting Expensive”: Kushtrim Kelani Fires Back at Labinot Rexha

A recent public initiative by Kushtrim Kelani has sparked debate on social media after he joined sanitation workers from KRM Pastrimi in Pristina to promote environmental awareness and encourage residents to keep the city clean.

Among those criticizing the campaign was former Big Brother VIP Kosova contestant Labinot Rexha, whose disagreements with Kelani date back to their time on the reality show.

Rexha dismissed the initiative as a publicity stunt, writing that Kelani had failed to clean up after himself during his 80-day stay in the Big Brother house and describing the campaign as an attempt to gain attention rather than a genuine act of public service.

Kelani responded with a humorous remark instead of escalating the exchange. In a comment directed at Rexha, he wrote: “Don’t comment on me—my trash is getting expensive.”

The online exchange quickly drew attention from followers, highlighting that the rivalry between the two former reality TV contestants remains alive even after the end of the show.
